Fireproof media vault is a stand alone storage safe that is designed to protect electronic or computer records from the damaging effects of heat, humidity, dust and magnetic fields. Protects CDs, tapes, diskettes, microfiche and data cartridges and is the only media safe of its size to carry the Underwriters' Laboratories Class 125 1 hour rating for insulated record protection equipment.

The unit has a high security lock and it holds up to 130 3-1/2-inch diskettes or 17 CD Roms.
